The seller will do their best in every case to provide the buyer with a lower price or offer a suitable solution that works to mutual satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Validity period of promotional offers.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise specified in the product description, promotional offers are valid until stocks run out. The delivery cost is added to the purchase amount.<br \/>Final delivery depends on the postal service provider \u2013 usually one to two business days after dispatch. Delivery services are performed for us by Po\u0161ta Slovenije.<br \/>Delivery costs apply within Slovenia and are charged in accordance with the price list of Po\u0161ta Slovenije published on the website www.posta.si.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receiving the delivered goods, you will also receive an original invoice with all details and in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed when placing the order.<\/p>\n<p>The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service provider or for damage to the packaging. (via email) within 15 days that they are withdrawing from the contract without needing to state a reason for doing so. The seller must issue a refund as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer has already received the funds or the goods and withdraws from the contract, they must return the items received to the seller within 30 days of the notification. In this case, the buyer sends the undamaged goods in their original packaging, at their own expense, to the company&#8217;s address. The returned goods must be undamaged and in an unaltered quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaints Handling and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n<p>The laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply exclusively to the interpretation of these terms of sale. The contracting parties undertake to resolve all disputes in an amicable manner, and in the event of exhausting all out-of-court means to reach an agreement, the locally competent court in the Republic of Slovenia relative to the provider&#8217;s registered office shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
