Returns
If the i9 product does not meet your expectations, please notify us by email at info@i9bottle.si and send the product back to us within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The efficiency and positive impact of i9 products are not limited by time, nor does their effectiveness change over time.
Functionality can only be affected by physical damage, for which i9 does not provide a warranty unless a manufacturing defect is determined to have occurred.
Purchases are limited in quantity, and purchases at discounted prices can only be made through our website. To claim a discount, you must send proof of purchase and a photograph of the damage to info@i9bottle.si.
